How Is The Arcade Machine Delivered?

Our machines arrive on a pallet, we recommend two people being present. It’s kerbside delivery only.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Any of our “Ready To Ship” machines will arrive on a next day delivery service if ordered before 10 am. Any machines that are built to order will have a specified date for delivery. See image for example.

Do You Ship To Europe?

Yes, we do, we charge £250 for delivery to Europe. You will need to obtain an EORI number (personal or business, depending on the delivery address) for us to send your cabinet. Bitcade is not responsible for any additional custom fees or additional VAT charges. Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we will not ship outside of the UK and EU.

Do Your Machines Have A Warranty?

Yes, all of our machines have a 1-year warranty. All parts in our machines are brand new, including hard drives, except the PC's in our Hyperspin cabinets which are refurbished. Check the full Warranty here: Bitcade Warranty

How Much Is Delivery?

We provide free mainland UK delivery. Additional charges will occur for overseas locations. Please email us at sales@bitcade.co.uk for more information.

I Can't Find My Power Cable, Where Is It?

(Possibly our most asked question) We DO provide a power cable, this is stuck to the outside of your cabinet in a sealed jiffy bag. So don’t throw away your packaging until you find it.

Some builders use old screens do you?

No, all our screens in the machines we manufacture are brand new, most of which are 16:9. 

Do your machines come with games installed?

No, we do not install games on our machines. Our machines come with no games installed 

Can I Add A Coin Mechanism?

Yes, we can add a coin mechanism for either home use or for commercial purposes. Please drop us a message if you’re thinking of adding one and we can recommend what we think is best. All of our coin mechanisms are programmed to take £1 coins, however, this can be changed if needed at home.

Can I Get Custom Artwork?

Absolutely. For an additional £99 we can make bespoke, custom artwork for your cabinet. If you’re thinking of a custom design, be sure to message sales@bitcade.co.uk and we can help you. Please ensure all artwork sent to us is not copyrighted as we will be unable to use it.

Do I Have To Do Any Sort Of Setup Or Assembly After My Arcade Machine Arrives?

No, not at all. All of our machines are plug and play.

Where Can I Find Instructions For My Machine?

On our Homepage, there will be a tab at the top called “Instructions”, click there and enter the password that’s been sent to you. These instructions include how to navigate your machine as well as solutions to common issues.

Can Your Cabinets Fit through A UK Door?

Yes, all of our cabinets have been designed with practicality in mind, meaning they will fit through any UK size door, enabling you to put it in any room you please.

What's The Difference Between A Coffee Arcade Table And A Cocktail Arcade Table?

A coffee arcade table is designed to be played low down, in a lounge setting either sat on the floor or on a sofa. A cocktail arcade table is much taller and it most at home in a setting where you can use stools

Do You Have A Showroom?

Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated showroom, but if there is something specific you are after looking at then please get in touch on sales@bitcade.co.uk and we can either arrange a video call or we can schedule a time for you to visit. In-person visits will be by appointment only.

What Is The Cost Of A Typical Arcade Machine?

The average cost of one of our Arcade Machines across all styles is approximately £1400. Our basic unit is £999 and our high end is £2249 without factoring in upgrades.


We have a number of upgrades for you to choose, from lightguns, button packs through to game boards and many more. If you’re not sure, get in touch with us and we’ll happily talk you through them all.

What Type Of Arcade Machine Should I Buy?

This really depends on what sort of gaming experience you want. Often this comes from the kinds of games you like to play, where the machine will live (at home or work) and your budget. All of these factors influence screen size, artwork, game selection and physical size.

What Type Of Light Guns Do You Supply?

We supply the only light gun on the market at the moment. It's called Aimtrak and it uses IR technology like the Nintendo Wii.

What If My Arcade Machine Needs To Be Delivered Inside, Downstairs Or Upstairs?

Delivery is kerb side but everything is secure inside so you can lift it into place with 2 people. The arcade machine weighs between 60-100kg.

Does Your Arcade Machine Use A Standard Household Electrical Outlet?

Yes we use a standard UK outlet. 

Will I have To Use Coins To Play My Arcade Machine? Can I Charge People To Play It?

No you won’t need coins, however we can fit a coin mechanism if you would like. Customers like these either for the “feeling” or to make money in a pub or other place of business. Please note, there is an additional cost to install the mechanism.


All machines can have the coin mechanism installed except the 24 inch machines. If you don't have a coin mechanism installed then the machine is set to free play or you have a “credit” button on the hyperspin machines.

Do i need anything else to control my arcade?

Yes, on hyperspin machines you will need to use the included wireless keyboard. The keyboard controls the sound and also allows you to play certain games like play choice games 

Do You Sell Replacement Parts? 

Yes we carry replacements and spares for our machines. Not for older arcade machines.

What Happens If A Machine Is Delivered Damaged Or Not Working?

In the very rare circumstances that an arcade machine is delivered to you faulty. We will fix it. Either on-site or we will replace it with a new machine.
